Hepatitis Australia invites you to join its third National Hepatitis Elimination Forum.
Hepatitis Australia and its membership have a shared goal of viral hepatitis elimination by 2030.
This year’s forum will celebrate Hepatitis Australia’s 25th Anniversary, look at the amazing work being done by community hepatitis organisations, and provide an opportunity for final consultation on the national hepatitis strategies - which could be the last ones before the 2030 elimination deadline!
Day 1 will be a celebration of Hepatitis Australia’s 25th anniversary and sharing of our good practice around Australia.
We will hear from former colleagues, who helped make Hepatitis Australia what it is today. Presentations and panel discussions will be heard from:
- Dr Jack Wallace, Hepatitis Australia’s first CEO
- Ms Helen Tyrrell, former Hepatitis Australia CEO
- Mr Stuart Loveday, former Hepatitis Australia president and former Hepatitis NSW CEO
We will also hear from community hepatitis organisations and Hepatitis Australia staff about the amazing work they are doing. This will be a chance to share and learn from each other.
There will also be networking opportunities and the chance to connect with colleagues.
Note: Attendance at this forum is limited to Hepatitis Australia (Board and staff) and its membership. There are no limits on number of attendees for day 1.
